Hi All,
Anyone got something on this on this? I believe it to be a small
darlington transistor with impossible gain (~4k iirc). I have about 8 of
them and they have crept into the wrong drawer. The case is a weirdo,
like a small TO220 but the metal bits - legs, heatsink, are small and
spindly. There is a big lump of plastic in the middle and colours on it.
Google gives the usual "data"engines which only sell and never answer
email anyhow. Some fools also called their power supplies PSU, and that
dowesn't help one little bit.
