Anyone got the lowdown on this?
I have 6 of them in a 1200W(!) audio amp. I Tried. Google returns only
the cumpulsory hits from places like hkinventory who respond to every
search but to _no_ email.
What I really need is an alternative, a substitute. It's in a class B
stage with the 2SC6492 - another weirdo. Even my latest Databook
bargain (Some dweeb bought them before he realised they were in Japanese
except for the figures) fails to list either.
As this is a linear device, I'll need a close match on hfe as well as
volts/amps.
