Can you make out the manufacturer? Hitachi, Toshiba or Matsushita would be the likely suspects. Even my latest Databook bargain (Some dweeb bought them before he realised they were in Japanese except for the figures) fails to list either. As this is a linear device, I'll need a close match on hfe as well as volts/amps.
