I guess it's clear _why_ he wants to convert raw assembler to C-code:
he is doing some reverse engineering and doesn't have a clue what the
original programmers intended with certain parts of their code...

We had a similar request here some months ago and the general
consensus was that while it is possible and there are some tools (use
GOOGLE!) out there, it is neither a straight forward process to
converst assembly to C and there is no certainty that the
machine-generated C-code is more readable than the original assembly
code....
