Jaap, switch off the Forum please, the mailinglist is better, easier to handle, comes directly on your desk (mailbox), interesting parts can be archived easily and if somebody says he/she can not handle it, tell him/her that he/she must have missed something important in elementary school ( reading skill...;-)
