These were listed in a 1969 Motorola databook which I can't find at the
moment.  The SPxxx series is Sylvania from the same era.  They were obselete
in 1979 when I encountered them in some military microwave synthesizers.
Those were in 10-pin T05 style cans.  FWIW, I have about 10 each of MC670P,
MC661P, and MC665P in plastic DIP, condition unknown.
