Can I at this stage ask anyone hoarding transistor data books from
_way_ back to have a look for this beast. It's in a TO5 can, and the tag
is at the collector, afaict.

        SST117/1 4(or L)6949

Apparently the SST113 is a Jfet... I thought they were NPN Bipolar. The
board looks old enough for the 1969 batch date.
