I have all that. The only Universal programmer I know of is owned
by a company that has a major (director level) split every six
months or so, and has two implaccably opposed management camps. I 
sent them a large bill for the last piece of messing (Which they won't
pay) so that suits me :-/. In those circumstances, it is a little
difficult to borrow their programmer.

ICT device 18CV8P. Old and new seem to be 150nS devices.

I thought it was one of these super-compatable type of things like
the 27xx eproms. Evidently not.....

I got no hyperlinks to schematics from the savvy list members.
Everyone is pointing me at super-programmers. Building isn't an
option. Maybe I have to get serious about finding something to read 
them here.....
