Hi everybody,
I sarched the net for couple hours, but nothing came out,
anybody here can give me a hand on this ????

its SOT-233, code is PH0d, second line 42-10A,

its part of a switching power supply of a DANFOSS
inverter, pin 4 (the big one, if transistor the collector) is connected to the
emitter of the
switching transistor (BUH517), which broke through, and so it happened.

Any guesses ??

Thanks

Friedel
