Hi to all of the list!
I have some sort of hall sensor/switch here I need to replace. Since the
device has 3
of them and I exchanged two of them I found the defcetive part to the
third one.
My problem is to get a spare becaus eI only have the number printed on it.
"41E" next to a stylish A and a date code. The device is similar to
TO-92 case
(with a flat surface, so a bit lower at all - about 2mm instead of 5 or
so).
It has 3 pins (VCC, GND, OUT where OUT is an open collector output).
The device itself is powered with 24V and switches when a magnet is
close to the surface.
It seems to be unipolar but I don't know that for sure.
Does anybody know what type of sensor/switch that is and/or where to
find a datasheet?
Thanks a lot for any help!
Pierre
