It may well be a Allegro  A3141 (Hallswitch) 
Pin 1 = VCC (4.5...24V)
Pin 2 = GND
Pin 3 = OUT (open Collector, 25mA)

Suffix E = -40..+85|C operating temperature range


At "newark" you can find datasheets for
Allegro devices and can buy them too.
