Comment #4 by shomron: I disagree adamantly. If you meant that you can't drop tabs in other *chrome* windows, you are mistaken. But it is possible as long as you can see both chrome windows. Here's the problematic scenario: 1. Open two chrome *windows*. 2. Stack a third unrelated window between them. 3. Now try to drag a tab from the top chrome window into the bottom hidden chrome window. Oh, it seems you can't because you can't cycle the hidden one up to visibility while dragging!
