Issue 1998: When I type Z, I get Y, and vice versa

   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 3:
     Firefox 3: ok
          IE 7: ok

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just typing the letter y or z will get the opposite letter
2.

What is the expected result?
I expect to see the letter Y when I type Y. The same thing with Z

What happens instead?
I get the opposite letter
