What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on a link or thumbnail of a jpeg file where the extension is
".JPG" instead of ".jpg".
2. That's it. A dialog box pops up asking where the file should be
downloaded.
3.

What is the expected result?
The image should be displayed in a new tab.

What happens instead?
See #2 above.

Doesn't work.

Try the same here: http://forums.parallax.com/forums/default.aspx?

It works. The difference is that the file extensions in the fist link are
all caps. No other difference.
