What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On Windows XP SP2, go to http://www.google.com/chrome on FF3
2. Follow the chrome installation wizard
What is the expected result?
Successful installation.
What happens instead?
Installation fails with:
Installation failed. Component ChromeGears failed to install. Detailed
message: The installer encountered error 1603: Fatal error during
installation.

possible.
