Issue 2415: Just an enhancement; I could not use ALT-A to go to my favorite
site; this was a big problem for me as I always do this as the first thing
when I start a browser

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Chrome
2. Launch Chrome
3. Press Alt-A key; here you suppose that the favorites menu will open;
but nothing happens. Quite irritating for me. I stopped using Chrome and
immediately switched to my default browser (IE7)
