What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Un-maximize Chrome window.
2. Go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Python_3000#Future_development.
"Future development" is the top phrase.
3. Maximize window.
What is the expected result?
"Future development" is on the top of the viewport.
What happens instead?
Totally different random part of the document is in the viewport now.
