What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Right-click bookmark(s) in bookmark bar.
2. Select the delete command.
3. Note that selected bookmarks are removed.
4. Close and reload Chrome.
5. Note that deleted bookmarks reappear.
What is the expected result?
Permanent deletion of selected bookmarks.
What happens instead?
Deleted bookmarks reappear.
