What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select a part of a word or whatever.
2. Hold the shift-key and press the right-arrow.
What is the expected result?
The selection will extend one letter to the right.
What happens instead?
Nothing.
Please provide any additional information below.
It does work with selecting for example the version-text in the About
Chrome window in the tools-menu.
