This string expects a version number after it:
English: PRODUCT_NAME has been updated VERSION
Dutch: PRODUCT_NAME is bijgewerkt naar VERSION
It appears that this string is currently being used to say:
PRODUCT_NAME has been updated
In order for this to be appropriately localized, we need to create this as
a new string.
