New issue report by [EMAIL PROTECTED]: For SDCH (http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/ietf-http- wg/2008JulSep/0441.html) support our tree has a copy of open-vcdiff. Currently the build is Windows-specific; this bug is to get it building on Mac and Linux.
