Issue 2886: Pressing Ctrl+PgUp followed by Ctrl+W closes the wrong tab

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a tab, navigate to an arbitrary URL 'A'.
2. Open another tab, navigate it to arbitrary URL 'B'.
3. Press Ctrl+PgUp, followed by Ctrl+W as fast as you can.
What is the expected result?
Tab 'A' should have been closed.
What happens instead?
Tab 'B' has been closed.
This is probably related to issue 2063.
