Issue 2887: Erase the URL from Address Bar and reload/refresh the page and  
URL is not populated back

Other browsers tested: IE
   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 3:
     Firefox 3:
          IE 7: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to any website
2. Remove the URL from the address bar
3. Reload the page and the URL will not be populated back in the address
bar.

What is the expected result?

On reloading/refreshing the page, URL should be populated back in the
address bar.

What happens instead?

On Reloading/refreshing the page, the URL is not populated back in the
address bar.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
