Steps:
1. Launch Chrome
2. Go to http://www.w3.org/International/tests/sec-list-style-type-2
3. Observe "armenian" section
4. Observe "lower-armenian" section
Result:
The list numberings used for these two sections are upper case Armenian
Expected:
For list-style-type: armenian: By default, should use lower case Armenian
For list-style-type: lower-armenian: Should use lower case Armenian
