Issue 3336: Report Bug or Broken Website dialog box has select & scroll
problem

Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari 3:
Firefox 3:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open "Report Bug or Broken Website" dialog box
2. In the description box, enter data than visible space i.e more than 5
lines
3. There is no scroll bar!
4. Also, if we select data from line 1 to line 5 using Mouse, only first 3
lines are Highlighted
What is the expected result?
1. When data entered is more than visible space, scroll bar should appear.
2. When we select the entered data using mouse all data entered should be
Highlighted
What happens instead?
1. Scroll bar does not appear
2. Highlighting more than 3 lines does not happen.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
