Comment #1 by shingnapurkar: Simple way to reproduce the issue: 1. Open the "Report Bug or Broken Web Site" dialog box 2. Click into "Description" space 3. type line1 hit Enter 4. type line2 hit Enter 5. Continue till line5 6. after typing line5 hit enter, you would see that line 1 goes above visible space, but there is no scroll bar on right. 7. The only way to move up and down is with arrow keys. 8. also, now by using arrow keys, go to line1 9. with mouse try to select line1 to line5 10.
