Issue 3361: Feature Request: Compatibility with a SOCKS5 proxy with
authentication.
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=3361

New issue report by ForChrome:
Product Version : 0.3.154.0 (Official Build 2776)
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 3:
     Firefox 3: FAIL
          IE 7: FAIL

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. No way to use a SOCKS5 proxy that requires authentication.
2. Look for it.
3. See there is no place to enter the user name and password.

What is the expected result?

That I can use a SOCKS5 proxy with authentication.

What happens instead?

At best, I have to use a workaround like:

It seems to be buggy, though.
