Issue 3364: Downloading crashes Dev channel Chrome 0.3.154.0 (Build 2776)

Safari 3:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download any file (doesn't matter what).
2. After download complete, try to do anything (clicking on the pop-up menu
in the lower left corner download dialog for instance.)
3. Wait 5 seconds or so
What is the expected result?
The browser will remain running and download will be accessible via the
"Downloads" page, etc.
What happens instead?
Chrome crashes, pops up the Windows error and the Chrome crash and
"Restore" dialog box. Once Chrome is restored, the Downloads page is blank
as if the download never took place (download was actually successful).
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
A similar crash happens when attempting to do anything else with Chrome
while a download is occurring. In this case, the download and all history
of the download is lost.
