Thanks for the dump file you sent me. We'll need to look into this further.

Can you email me a System Information file (NFO file) from your computer?

   1) Go to Start \ Programs \ Accessories \ System Tools \ System  
Information.
   2) Click File \ Save (and select a name for the file)
   3) Make sure "System Information File (*.NFO)" is the type of file saved  
(not
"Version 5.0/Version 6.0 System Information File").
   3) Email this information to my email account.
