Comment #8 by chrisevans1001: Hello there. I don't mean to reopen this without reason but I believe I have tried everything listed. Windows Vista 32-bit. Chrome 0.2.149.30 build 2200. Registry entry exists and the file exists where the registry entry states. Chrome isn't running in administrator mode. Tried a reinstall.
