What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click a link to a file Chrome doesn't know how to open (e.g., a MS doc)
on a page that causes a new tab to be opened
2. Chrome opens a new tab and prompts to save the file
3. Save the file
What is the expected result?
File should be saved and there shouldn't be an empty tab
What happens instead?
Empty tab is left
