Issue 3976: Changing the innerHTML of a style-element with JavaScript does  
not work

New issue report by SIMSLIM:
Chrome Version       : 0.3.155
Other browsers tested:
   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 3: FAIL
     Firefox 3: OK
          IE 7: FAIL
       Opera 9: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Give a style element an id
2. With javascript change document.getElementById('theId').innerHTML

What is the expected result?
  It changes the innerHTML of the style-element

What happens instead?
  It doesn't

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
