To better observer this behavior, keep your PC or Chromium busy.
--Have a [New Tab]
--Bring up Bookmark manager (Ctrl+shift+B)
--Drag and drop a URL from Manager to [New tab]
Notice with in a fraction of seconds, Sad Tab shows up and then the page is
rendered.
