Is this issue still happening with Chrome's latest build? Can you provide a
screenshot as to which live video you are pertaining to? I don't see a live
video
section. Instead, is a section of "CNBC VIDEO" at bottom of page, and
videos don't
start automatically. I don't see a popup either. Was the popup an
advertisement when
you were viewing the page?
