Issue 150: Type-ahead-find http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=150
Comment #15 by figaro1111: What's wrong with just using Ctrl+F? It works just as good if not better then the type ahead feature in Firefox. In the type-ahead feature in Firefox you don't get next/previous buttons (which by the way, enter and shift+enter are next and previous shortcuts). And sense it'll break some web applications that use keys, so what would be the harm of just using Ctrl+F? It makes sense to press Ctrl+F, F for 'Find'. I honestly would not like this feature in Chrome if I it wont be disable-able. And I as a web developer I wouldn't appreciate the need for a hack around it. -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
