Issue 3338: Cookie management
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=3338

Comment #5 by myst3r0ns:
I agree using incognito, even using the command line switch to enable it
constantly
does clear cookies completely after the browser is closed.

However it does not solve the problem.

Reason: ISPs are installing DPI kit, which is unavoidable for the user.

First party cookies are being used as the switch to enable/disable
profiling by this
kit, which can be accepted by any user, on any browser, on any computer in
the
household.

This changes the account holders terms and conditions permanently with the
ISP
irrelevant of who has clicked the shiny button and not read the small print.

Blocking such First party cookies will prevent this occurence. Its the only
option.

Blocking via a hosts file blocks the connection completely because your
internet
gateway has to go via the DPI kit.

Therefore ditching the cookies at the end of the session is useless because
the
damage is already done.
