Exactly, there isn't, and even though there is an opt out mechanism it is  
not
controlled at the account level with a password, its controlled by a first  
party
cooky (even temporarily set in incognito), so children upon seeing the  
interstitial
page can opt daddy in for antiphishing with the nice big green button.

The only way to stop this scenario is for daddy to be able to block the  
webwise.net
first party cookie so no user is even presented with the interstitial page.

If he doesn't, anyone using his broadband connection (even a badly setup  
wifi
connection) can effectively change his terms and conditions with his ISP  
without
even being at home. At last, someone understanding the scope of the problem.
