Issue 4378: Tab-tooltip of page with long title does not show with only 1
tab open in window mode

Chrome Version : 0.4.154.18 (Offial build 5194)
URLs (if applicable) : Any page with long title, example: www.tweakers.net
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari 3: NA (doesn't show tabbar with 1 tab only)
Firefox 3: NA (doesn't show tabbar with 1 tab only)
IE 7: OK
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Close all other tabs and windows
2. Have only one tab open with a page which's title is too long to display
in tab at top
3. Use window mode, not fullscreen
4. Hover your mouse over this tab
What is the expected result?
To see the full title in a tooltip
What happens instead?
No tooltip
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
As soon as I open another tab or other window, it does show the tooltip
when I hover my mouse over the first tab.
Using fullscreen it works fine.
I use windows vista home premium sp1
