This issue is broken out from one point from Issue 4287:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Ctrl+Shift+B or menu to bring up Bookmark Manager.
2. Tools Menu > Import bookmarks.
3. The Open dialog needs to suggest both *.htm and *.html as file types
What is the expected result?
To see all HTML pages (*.htm and *.html) in the Open dialog
What happens instead?
You only see *.html pages
