This seems like a simple change:
static const wchar_t KFilterString[] = L"*.html\0*.html\0";
need to append L".htm\0*.htm\0" to that array. I'd take this for 1.0.
I just realized we also need a bug for getting a localized string for the
description
(I'm surprised there is not a constant in the shell api somewhere).
