What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Windows misbehaves, Run System Restore... Chrome now nuts =(
2. Click Tools, About Chrome
3. Unable to pull update from server, error 3
What is the expected result? Pull update to new release for DEV
What happens instead? Error 3
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
