Comment #290 by nimbux: Is there a regression bug with this issue again ? After updating to the latest 0.4.154.22 (dev channel)... Brother's USB mouse won't scroll up :-( This time unplugging/replugging it does NOT cure the problem. I respectfully suggest a complete top-down (or would it be bottom up ?) reexamination/rework of the mouse scrolling in Chrome under Windows ! Sometimes redoing things from scratch has not been a loss of time in my (old) experience.
