Comment #3 by Andrey.Fr: I'm currently using Chrome 0.3.154.9 How I'm reproducing the bug: 1. Close all the Chrome windows, including gmail, google docs and any other applications which may be running. Or even better check the process list so no chrome processes are running. 2. Using my quick start bar run the Chrome 3. Close the Chrome using 'x' on its window title bar. 4. Immidiately hit Chrome icon in quick start 5. Repeating steps 3 and 4 I consistently have Chrome silently fail to load if I try to start it in about 1 second after closing it, or trying faster then that.
