I committed a speculative fix for this in r6016. I can't reproduce the
original bug
so I have no idea whether it helps.
Can baroncelli, jjnhendriks, or anyone else who has seen this first get to
a state
where they can reliably reproduce this with a build older than that
revision, then
try a newer build than 6016 and see if it helps? Builds are available at
http://build.chromium.org/buildbot/snapshots/chromium-rel-xp/ , just unzip
chrome-
win32.zip somewhere and run from there.
Sending to Mark to decide whether to merge this fix back.
