Indeed, i'm using a Dell with the "mouse suite for desktop computers" Control centre version 2.50.022 Driver version 2.50.0.21 and I had still the issue with scrolling upwards with Chrome version 04.154.25. now I installed the current latest version 6031 of the 26th of November 2008 : http://build.chromium.org/buildbot/snapshots/chromium-rel-xp/6031/ Which I ran (it gives version 03.155.0) (A bit strange 0.3) and now with the mouse driver activated, I can scroll upwards and downwards again. When I startup my installed version of Chrome (04.154.25) scrolling up and down stops working. So it seems that the issue is fixed for me at least in the latest build. Hope this build solves also the issue for baroncelli and anyone else.
