The thing to check is to see if you have nvshell.dll in your Windows  
system32
directory. It is part of the nVidia Desktop Manager, which you will  
probably find
under Control Panel, if installed. I don't know if it is part of all nVidia
installations.

If you have this dll then this is most likely issue 2127, as mberkowitz  
mentioned.
