New issue 5162 by [EMAIL PROTECTED]: Middle-mouse button causes cursor to change when accidentally pressing it http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=5162 Chrome Version : 0.5.155.0 URLs (if applicable) : Any page with scrollbar Other browsers tested: Seamonkey 1.1.13 What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Load a page which causes a scrollbar to appear 2. Middle-click on something which is not a link What is the expected result? Nothing should happen What happens instead? The cursor changes to an arrow and no longer responds a mouse button is pressed again. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. This seems to be a way to scroll without using scrollbars but when using a mouse with wheel, it is easy to accidentally enter this mode. There must be a way to disable this or at the very least not make it sticky. That is, to go back to normal mode when the middle mouse button is released. This will at least prevent problems when accidentally pressing the middle-mouse button or upon missed attempts to middle-click on a link. -- You received this message because you are listed in the owner or CC fields of this issue, or because you starred this issue.
