You do realize that autoscroll, functioning exactly like this, is already  
the default
for every major Windows browser except Safari?  Opera, Firefox, and IE all  
do this,
and Chrome is just implementing the same, useful, and obviously desired  
feature
(judging by the stars from Issue 11).

And I daresay autoscroll has to be sticky.  Autoscroll users do NOT want to  
keep
pushing the button down to fly around the webpage. :-)
