Sounds very much the same to me. See issue 3269 for more details. I suspect either nvshell.dll (more likely due to large installation base) or Folder Guide (less likely). You might want to try to rename both DLLs and restart Chrome and see if you can reproduce. If you can, let us know. If you can't then put one DLL back and try again and then put the other back and try again.
