Other browsers tested: Firefox, IE
   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 3:
     Firefox 3: OK
          IE 7: FAIL

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In the address bar, type "java" (no quotes)
2. Hold down Shift and press Enter

What is the expected result?
In Firefox, this shortcut will take a user to http://www.java.net

What happens instead?
In this bug, Chrome ignores the Shift key and just does a Google search for
"java"

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
